Karen has been amazing!! If I could give her 10 stars I would.. I have been in rental properties for years and have never received such great service from any agent in my life. We are moving from Sydney and struggled to find a property, we spent so much time submitting applications and requesting online inspections only to be continuously disappointed by other agents. After one phone call, Karen was happy to assist us making the process so smooth and simple. She walked us through the process step by step. Within less than a week we were able to secure our new home for our move. Karen you are a true asset!

A good rental agency can make or break your experience where you live. One Agency Redcliffe has been fantastic from the beginning and we feel such a peace of mind being with them as renters. Karen is our Property Manager and has been extremely responsive when it comes to explaining bills, maintenance updates, and even recommending some great places to eat in Redcliffe when we moved to the area - definitely made us feel right at home!

It's a competitive game, finding a rental. Viewings, applying, apps that don't work. Stress city. Not with One Agency Redcliffe North Lakes. Staff were efficient, personable and didn't make you feel like you were a contestant in a crazy game. Worked fast in processing our application and replied to requests promptly. We're now moving into a new home that we love and we can't thank them enough. Amazing!
